Gene Lewis Boxing Club

Gene Lewis Boxing Club has been serving Mesa's Youth since 1954. With the help of sponsors such as Web-Op, Filiberto's, Mesa United Way, City of Mesa, Mesa Hohokams, Discount Tire and more. The Gene Lewis Boxing Club has become a staple in the the Mesa community. With a great staff headed by program director, Joshua Benjamin, the club has thrived. In 2009 The Gene lewis Boxing Club will be hosting their 34th annual Invitational Boxing Tournament.

The Gene Lewis Boxing Club is dedicated to helping the boys and girls in the community by re-directing their energies towards constructive activities.

Emily Center

Part of the Phoenix Children's Hospital, The Emily Center is one of the first of it's kind; A hospital based pediatric family health library. Becoiming a leader in the southwest for children's health information, The Emily Center provides resources and materials free of charge.

Offering several sponsoring opportunites, the Emily Center sustains a strong sponsorship base. These opportunities range from "Ivy Leaguers" at a $1,000 donation, to "Preppy Presenting Patron" with a $25,000 donation.

Heartball

The American Heart Association was founded in 1924 by six cardiologists and continues to work every day to advance groundbreaking medical research, spread lifesaving knowledge, and achieve longer, stronger lives for people in our community.

Heart disease and stroke claim more lives than any other disease, putting people of all ages at risk, from infants to the elderly. Last year, cardiovascular disease claimed more than 14,000 lives in Arizona, making it the number one cause of death
